Last-Minute Changes
Any last-minute changes to scheduling must be communicated immediately to avoid misunderstandings and cancellation charges.
Permanent cancellations
Permanent cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy. Outstanding dues must be cleared before the assignment is officially closed.
Short-Term assignments
Short-Term assignments can be arranged based on the requirements of both the student and tutor. Terms will be specified in the agreement.
Canceling Lessons / Rescheduling
We encourage all clients and tutors to provide at least 1–2 days' notice before postponing or cancelling a first lesson.
Code of Conduct & Responsibilities
Tutors are expected to maintain punctuality, professionalism, and adhere to regular progress reporting for students.
Commission & Payment Terms
Our standard agency commission applies to initial lessons. Detailed payment breakdown is provided upon assignment confirmation.
